The client disconnected

Fix: remote session was disconnected in windows 10/8/7

A few things have piqued my interest. Is your master the only one running in a Docker container, or are any of your clients as well? Have you allowed debugging on both the master and endpoint log levels? Is there any other docker container that has network problems from time to time? Is there any evidence of packet loss during the hostalive checks?
I’m not seeing any network problems or packet loss in the testing, but I’ll keep an eye on it. What I don’t get is why it doesn’t even attempt to reconnect. Networks can have problems, and links can be lost, but that is no excuse to give up. The endpoints are set up to bind to the master, so I’d expect them to try again. Maybe this isn’t being logged; I’ll check when I increase the log levels.
I’ll give it a shot and see what I can come up with. To get the master to bind to the endpoints, I’ll have to delete the master’s host and port from the endpoints and add the endpoints’ host and port to the zones configuration on the master, according to the documentation.

How can I set the amount of time before a “Silent client disconnects”? In my case, it seems to happen a few minutes after the Authenticated link has gone quiet. It doesn’t happen to any of your customers, but it does happen to one in particular. Thank you for your assistance.
When a client connects and disconnects without sending a single byte and before the TimeForRequest timeout has been reached, you’ll get the notification. The LogTimeouts setting can be used to disable this alarm.
After a while with no action, I get the “403 prohibited” error on the client side (a few minutes). I had the feeling it was happening until the “Silent client disconnected” message appeared on the server, but I’m not sure. Is it true that this alert even resets a client’s authenticated connection? This was not the case with previous versions of Hiawatha (a couple of versions ago I am not sure which one).
I may confirm that the error is reproducible: Files that were previously open become 403 forbidden. This seems to occur after a time of inactivity. HTTP authentication is what I’m using. Hiawatha is operating on Windows 10 x64.

Signal r connected and disconnected clients details in asp

This problem is elegantly solved, but the whole problem appears to be different since the design I would recommend is not based on events. Basically, you make multi-threaded applications, and the service requires two threads: one for listening for new connections, and the other for reading/writing from/to a network stream. The concept is to manage disconnections using exceptions, which eliminates the need for graceful disconnections (which is impossible to guarantee anyway, because disconnection can be also accidental). The handle representing remote client sockets is removed from the container containing the offending client socket by the exception handler.
