Storage emulated legacy

I apologize if some people are having trouble setting non-default sync locations. We’ve compiled a list of known problems that we’re currently addressing in order to boost things in the upcoming updates. One of the issues with dealing with ‘external’ storage on Android is that there is no way to ask the system what external storage locations it has. We’ve done our best to help the majority of cases at the moment, but this clearly isn’t the case for everyone. I assume that a future release will either provide auto-detected external routes, or a fallback that allows the user to manually navigate and pick the location…
I’m using an Asus TF Prime and I’m having trouble with the sync spot. All works as intended when I don’t have an SD card inserted. The default sync location is “internal storage(23.8 GB free),” and the storage cap slider also shows 23.8 GB free. After that, I can sync, and everything works as it should. However, when I insert an SD card, some items go haywire. Although the sync position is set to “external storage (29.6 GB free),” the storage cap slider only shows 23.8 GB free, which is the sum of internal storage. And when I sync a file, it goes to internal storage rather than the SD card. So, even though the sync location is set to “external storage,” it’s always syncing to the internal storage. Also, if I try to pick the “internal storage” radio button when an SD card is inserted, it does not stick and returns to having external storage picked (which as noted above actually syncs to internal storage).
No apps on my computer, including adb (after running su), will change any files in any subdirectory of /storage for some purpose. I still can’t edit, build, or remove files on my phone using my computer’s file manager. Anything else, on the other hand, functions flawlessly – until an app attempts to save a file (all apps are still saving their databases and settings correctly – this only applies to my personal files).
My T-Mobile Galaxy S5 is rooted and operating stock Android 5.0. The problem began after I unintentionally entered recovery mode, but I did nothing about it at first, assuming it was unrelated. Is there someone who knows how to fix this?
You can quickly determine if the issue is due to a read-only mount or incorrect permissions. Try busybox hit /storage/emulated/legacy/blah.txt from the root shell. It’s a r/o mount if it says read-only filesystem; if it says access refused, it’s a permission problem.
/emulated/storage There are two sub-folders inside this: 0, which can redirect to sdcard0? and legacy, both of which tend to lead to the same location. What’s going on here – could someone help explain what this “simulated” storage area is for? /sdcard is the path to the SD card. The same thing is happening to me. The issue can be resolved by going to Settings -> Application Manager -> Your App -> Permissions -> Enable Storage. The list of Data File Formats and File Extensions on Webopedia makes it simple to search through thousands of extensions and file formats to find just what you’re looking for. Keeping track of all the file extensions used by software applications and programs can be challenging with thousands of data file formats used by Windows and Windows-based apps. If your software requires access to a file stored outside of an app-specific directory and a directory that the MediaStore APIs can access, use scoped storage. If you keep app-specific files on external storage, you can make it easier to migrate to scoped storage by putting them in an app-specific directory. CacheManager is a program that handles caches. Attempt to download a file from a URL failed with the following error: (HttpException) => Null is not a subtype of (dynamic) => dynamic. The first time I used the kit, it took about 5 reloads of my app to get the picture to show up.

In the case of the introduction of new Android versions and new devices, everything becomes a hidden ле-ранилиe, and the space between the two becomes a divider. For example, my Nexus 7 does not have a slot for SD cards.
