To be honest, if you only intend to solder through holes once in a blue moon, the very cheap ones mentioned by sup will suffice; the only issue is that the very high temperature they reach causes the tip to wear out much faster, so you must be careful not to overheat the pcb while de-soldering.
My recommendation comes from a youtuber as well, bigclivedotcom, for the hakko 936 clones, the tips are cheap, and the station is as well, my specific model is a yotec 936P, and I use it with a 3C tip for through holes and a 1C and now T-IS tip for smd. I’ve been using this thing on a daily basis for about 8 years and it still works. I’ve gone through 5 cheap Chinese 3C tips, but hakko tips are more expensive but tend to last longer. So, if you choose to use it professionally, a proper modern hakko can heat up faster and maintain a more consistent temperature regulation, but it will be more costly…

Station for soldering
The most critical element, in theory, is a soldering station. There are various options for inexpensive soldering stations available on the internet, all of which appear to be accessible at first glance but eventually result in bad soldering performance. We suggest soldering stations that have certain features, such as the ability to control the temperature by setting the desired value on the soldering device. Temperatures between 350 and 390 degrees Celsius are expected. It’s also ideal if the soldering iron’s tip can be removed and there’s built-in ESD security. Manufacturers must use lead-free solder under the ROHS 2006 regulations. Leadfree has a melting point of around 220°C, while leaded has a melting point of around 190°C. For soldering, you usually select a temperature of about 100°C higher, so any iron that can produce 350°C (as opposed to the very lousy 10$ irons) is ideal for ROHS compliant soldering.
As a consequence, with lead-free components, you need 320°C at the components in no time. In this case, changing the temperature would be useless. In reality, it’s a hindrance, since inexperienced solderers can increase the heat if they can’t get along with 350°C. However, once you reach 350 °C, you begin to burn flux, and the risk of grilling components rapidly increases. They’ll do so because their iron can’t compensate for the temperature drop in a reasonable amount of time. In other words, if you’re on a budget, skip the fancy temperature settings and instead invest in a decent iron that will drive heat.
