Pick All Processes from the drop-down menu at the top of the Activity Monitor window in the Utilities folder in Launchpad. Select the Proxifier-related process(es) from the list, click the Quit Process icon in the window’s left corner, and then click Quit in the pop-up dialog box (if that doesn’t function, try Force Quit).
Open the Applications folder in the Finder (if it doesn’t appear in the toolbar, go to the Menu Bar, open the “Go” menu, and pick Applications from the list), check for Proxifier in the search area, and then drag it to the Trash (in the dock) to begin the uninstall method. Alternatively, you can press Cmd + Del or choose the File and Switch to Trash commands to move the Proxifier icon/folder to the Trash by clicking on it.
For apps downloaded from the App Store, simply go to the Launchpad, scan for the app, press and hold the icon with your mouse button (or hold down the Option key), and the icon will wiggle and display a “X” in the upper left corner. In the confirmation dialog, press the “X” and then “Delete.”

Proxifier is a software that enables network applications that don’t accept proxy servers to use an HTTP or SOCKS proxy server, or a chain of proxy servers. You can work with any Internet clients from a network that is isolated from the Internet by a firewall using Proxifier (only one open port is required). Proxifier can also help you protect your privacy by allowing you to send and receive email via a proxy server or a chain of proxies.
How to install and use proxifier || technicalcs
Many network applications do not operate with proxy servers and, as a result, cannot be used from a LAN or with firewalls. These may jeopardize corporate privacy and contribute to a slew of other limitations. Both of these issues are solved by Proxifier, which allows you to work with your favorite apps without limitations. It also gives you more control over network protection and gives you more power over network features.
You can use any Internet client (browsers, ftp, ssh, ICQ, IRC, eMule, video/audio, games like World of Warcraft) from a network that is isolated from the Internet by a firewall with Proxifier (only one open port is required).

All of your Internet activities would be more private with Proxifier. Sending and receiving email via a proxy server, or chaining several proxy servers together, is one example. What’s new in version 3.4.1 of Proxifier:
I work in an environment where almost all includes proxy servers, but it’s not as easy as “direct for this, this proxy for that”…we have three or four separate proxy servers depending on access. Others are for “public” sites, while others are for various internal sites. This is effectively handled on Windows via proxy auto-discovery and config files, but Apple has never completely introduced proxy support.
Proxifier is the industry standard at my office, and it was fine until Sierra came out, when it became one of the least reliable apps I use. It will sometimes have extremely high CPU consumption and stop responding, necessitating a force quit and restart of the app before it occurs again in 5 minutes or several hours. Prior to MacOS Sierra, I could leave Proxifier running until my next device reboot, with just OS updates necessitating a reboot interrupting my uptime.
