Fix connectivity issues while using pia vpn
I recently set the highest level of security – DSN Leak On, IPv4 Leak On, and so on. Since then, whenever I disconnect from PIA, I’ve been unable to reconnect to the internet. Reloading PIA is the only way for me to reconnect to the Internet.
My security applications (Norton, Malwarebytes, SecureAPlus, Kerish Doctor, Zemana Anti-Logger, and Unchecky) should be configured to work with PIA, according to PIA technical support. I’ve tried that, but it’s had little impact. They also want me to remove and then reinstall PIA.
Hello everybody, I was having the same issue with Windows 10. I can’t connect to any IPv4 outside of my local network because the PPP adapter isn’t disabled after disconnecting from the Windows VPN device (still could connect to ipv6 though). The main problem, I believe, is that the VPN gateway route has not been removed from the routing table, so it is still attempting to send IPv4 traffic via the PPP adapter. This problem was resolved by manually setting my main network’s primary gateway path lower than the VPN gateway route.
No one responded to say whether or not this succeeded, but I’d like to give it a shot. I’ll do it with TimeFreeze to try it out before making any permanent adjustments to my machine. In addition, I’ll make a System Restore stage.

Private Internet Access is a virtual private network (VPN) service based in the United States with a reputation for privacy and protection. It has a good range of international endpoints and allows up to 10 simultaneous connections from a wide range of devices and operating systems.
Private Internet Access is one of the most affordable consumer VPN providers right now. Subscriptions would cost £8.09/$9.95 a month, £32.49/$39.95 a year, or £56.99 for two years, or £2.37 per month. New two-year subscribers can get an additional two months for free.
PIA’s Windows desktop software has all of the advanced configuration options you’ll need, but it’s still easy to use even for beginners. You can connect to the last VPN server you used with a single button, and an arrow leads to a complete, searchable list of endpoint locations. This shows their current latency and lets you add favorites to them.
You can customize the client’s behavior in a separate Configuration window, which enables you to do things like launch on device initialization and link automatically. You can also choose between the client’s dark default theme and a lighter color scheme.
Fix: face a lost internet connection after using pia vpn for
When it comes to conventional VPN software applications, Private Internet Access is one of the most well-known and well-known brands. Users of Private Internet Access, on the other hand, often complain about VPN connections falling or not being able to connect to Private Internet Access VPN servers. What good is a safe VPN service if you can’t use it because you’re having trouble connecting?
To route all data to the VPN server, Private Internet Access VPN only uses one Internet connection. PIA can only use one of your device’s Internet connections, even though it has many. A single socket is used to link to the VPN server. Since all data sent to and from your phone must first be sent to the VPN server for encryption via one channel, your Internet connection would be slower.
This absorbs a large amount of your bandwidth. However, it not only slows down your Internet experience, but it also puts your VPN link at risk. You’ll be removed from the VPN server if your Wi-Fi signal changes or your cell signal fluctuates. If you’re traveling (by train, bus, or car), your link is even more vulnerable to frequent disconnects because you’re passing through several Wi-Fi networks and/or cell towers.
