Playstation store error fix “an error has ocurred

I’m having trouble buying two games from the PlayStation Shop. When I click buy, I get an error message that says, “We’ve encountered an error while processing your order.” Before I attempted to place my order, I was able to buy a year of PS Plus.
I don’t have a PS4 yet because I’m waiting for them to go on sale after Sony’s E3 conference, but I was planning on purchasing a few games that were on sale online before purchasing the console.

I tried to order them this morning, but when I clicked on my cart, it said there was nothing in it, but there was a 2 above it. It said it was already in my cart when I went to add the game to my cart.

Unfortunately, due to the existence of Free to Play games, the majority of purchases are only available inside the game and must be made through our in-game shop. Any of our transactions, particularly those that are limited to single purchases, subscriptions, or something on a timed basis, could be exploited if these purchases could be applied to a cart outside of the game. We can’t make them appear on the PlayStation Storefront or have editable quantities because we can’t monitor the cart from the store (which can often allow quantities).
@GoldPhoenix0 @GoldPhoenix0 @GoldPhoenix I don’t believe you comprehend what I’m doing. Have you tried buying items for the PS4 from the PlayStation Store and then in-game? You CAN purchase several products and use a code at the same time, as seen in the attached screenshot.
If I wanted to, I could load up all 15 products available on the PSN store and apply the 20% discount on all of them. The issue I have, and what I don’t understand, is why isn’t anything on the PSN store, and why don’t the 15 products on the PSN store that can have a code added to them if purchased via PSN function the same way if purchased in-game? When I try to purchase any of the three items (or any of the 15 available) through the game, the “cart” screen doesn’t even appear, so there’s no way to submit discount codes. This is clearly “broken” and not functioning as expected, in my opinion (I can’t imagine anyone arguing otherwise). I’ll try it out on another FTP game, and I’m guessing the 20% works just fine for in-game purchases (like Warframe, which I know I’ve done before).

Ps4 how to fix “you are not able to purchase this product

So you purchased something from the PlayStation Store and it doesn’t work? Having a refund is now as easy as talking with a representative for a few minutes, whether you purchased a game by accident or simply decided that you’d rather get your money back. Preorders, sports, DLC, subscriptions, and videos are now covered by Sony’s latest reimbursement policy, which means no more filling out refund forms and tossing them into the void.
Even though the new refund policy is more robust, there is one major caveat: you are no longer eligible for a refund until you have downloaded your purchased material. If you’ve preordered a title, you can cancel it at any time before it’s released and get a refund. You’re out of luck once the game preloads into your console, even though you haven’t played it yet.
By scrolling to the bottom of the page on mobile (left), you’ll see the option to chat. The chat option is located on the right side of the page on your desktop browser (right). There’s no need to scroll.
There is currently no way to trigger a refund on your PS4 console. On your phone or computer’s browser, go to the PlayStation support page and click on the blue “Chat” window. In order to authorize the refund, be prepared to answer basic questions about your account from the support team.

Credit card troubleshooting for playstation store

Some customers at Best Buy had issues similar to those at Walmart. I’m curious if anybody actually purchased a PS5 today on release day. I had the same problem with Walmart at 12 p.m., and the same thing with Best Buy, which did not announce a release date but whose website crashed and was sold out within 5-10 minutes of being up, which is amazing because no one knew when it was going to be released. Theshiningsun tweeted the Best Buy snatched that PS5 from my cart.
It’s b82c5889d56d4 for the digital edition. Online shoppers trying to purchase Sony’s long-awaited Playstation 5 from Walmart and Best Buy registered error messages and website glitches as traffic. Some customers at Best Buy had issues similar to those at Walmart. I had the PS5 in my shopping cart.
