Account nicknames are a handy way to differentiate and personalize the accounts in Online Banking. If you have several checking or savings accounts, credit cards, or other forms of loans, this feature is particularly useful.
Extra tip: If you’ve set up an automatic savings plan with us, you can also hide the account that receives the automatic transfers from the Account Display screen. Simply uncheck the View Online box next to the account you want to hide, and that account will no longer appear in your Online Banking. This box can be reviewed at any time if you want to see this account again.

You may use the billing profile backed by a credit card or invoice payment to make transactions or pay bills if your business account has a billing profile and you are a billing profile owner or contributor. You can only use a billing profile to pay bills if you’re a billing invoice manager. See Manage billing profiles for more information on billing profiles and positions.
Any Global or Billing admin can handle and use any bank account that is added to the business account if it does not have a billing profile. You can only handle and use credit cards that you have added.
There are no subscriptions associated with adding a payment form. See Assigning a Single Subscription to a Payment System for more details. For a single subscription, you can change the payment process. See Replace a payment method to replace all subscriptions that use a different payment method with the new one.
For an established payment form, you can change the name on the credit or debit card, the billing address, or the expiration date. You cannot, however, alter the card or account number. Replace the account number with a new payment method and then delete the old one if the account number has changed.
