Divide the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers to get the student/teacher ratio. Please keep in mind that a lower student-to-teacher ratio does not always imply a smaller class size. Schools occasionally employ part-time teachers, and some teachers are hired for specialized teaching with limited class sizes. The student-to-teacher ratio is influenced by these and other factors. Pre-Kindergarten may not be included of the student/teacher ratio in private schools.
Freedoms’s legacy: a conversation with ruby bridges hall
Overall, I had a poor experience and would not recommend this school to others. Beginning with the principal and continuing down to the assistant principals, the staff and teachers are dishonorable. Please be aware of this and do not send your children there unless you want them to suffer trauma.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a school, and I would not recommend this school to my worst enemy. It saddens me greatly that a place where I should have felt safe and protected now makes me feel more threatened and abused than anywhere else. Since my children have an intangible disability, they have faced discrimination. I would strongly advise everyone to keep their defenses up when dealing with this school and to be extremely careful. Also, trust your children when they tell you about a situation because these teachers and the administration make up stories.
The teachers and principal there have left an indelible impression on me. My daughter was constantly having conflicts with the teachers and students at her previous school. Her grades and attitude have totally changed after starting at this new school. Her last report cards showed all A’s and one C, but her enthusiasm for school is contagious; she calls and texts me at work to tell me how much she enjoys it. My name is Luis Perez, and I am incredibly thankful to the teachers and principal at this school. I will give this school a ten-star rating instead of a five-star rating.

Students who live within the attendance limit of the school are automatically enrolled and do not need to apply. For guidance about how to enrol, contact the school. Between October and December, students who live outside the school’s attendance boundaries must request a Preference Elementary Schools submission. If there are any available seats, they are filled through a computerized lottery. Applicants with a sibling currently enrolled in the school in grades K-7 and who will remain enrolled for the coming school year are given priority.
