How to set sms storage limit & auto delete old sms on

I hold a short mp4 video clip of an old cartoon on my phone and send it via MMS every now and then. The video is just 5 seconds long, with a resolution of 480×360 pixels and a file size of 204kB. On a T-mobile Android 4.1.1 Prism II, I sent this video file dozens of times without error using the default messaging app.
My new phone is a T-mobile LG Leon running Android 5.1.1, and it refuses to send the video file through MMS using the default messaging app. The LG Leon says “video too big” when I try to connect the file.
There is NOT a file size cap for attachments. The maximum size of an MMS attachment file on this phone is 1024kB. I’m trying to attach a video file that’s just 204kB in size. “Attachment size limit exceeded” is the error message when the attachment size limit is exceeded. That is NOT the message I am receiving. “Video is too big,” it says.
Many devices will send messages that are larger than the intercarrier file size limit (typically 300-600 KB). A message that exceeds the limits of the other carrier is ignored and never reaches its intended recipient.

Increase attachment size limit in gmail for android [how-to

Messages moving through the company may be subjected to restrictions. You may specify the maximum size of a message as a whole, or the maximum size of individual message bits, or both. You may, for example, limit the size of the message header or attachments, or limit the number of recipients who may receive the message. These restrictions can be applied to the entire Exchange enterprise, as well as unique mail transport connectors, servers, and mailboxes.
Only the message and recipient size limits are discussed in this topic. See Message rate limits and throttling for more information about how to monitor how many messages are sent over time, how many connections are allowed over time, and how long Exchange waits before closing a connection.
The message limits at the Organization, Connector, Server, and Mailbox levels are shown in the tables below, along with details on how to set the limits in the Exchange admin center (EAC) or the Exchange Management Shell. See Open the Exchange Management Shell for instructions on how to use the Exchange Management Shell in your on-premises Exchange organization.

Samsung galaxy s5: how to set a maximum text message

The attachment was only 15MB when I looked at the email, and I double-checked that there were no other conflicting receive connectors or user-level size restrictions. Is it likely that this is happening anywhere else?
This could be relevant to provide you with guidance on how to alter it – ignore the section about connecting to the MS Online service. While it isn’t a 1:1 match for what you need to do, it does have the command structure…
Some attachments can be doubled in size by using UUEncoding. Using a different framework for sending and receiving large files (such as Citrix ShareFIle) will prevent your mailbox server from being the world’s slowest file server.

Message attachment limit reached problem in android

Your message was delivered, but it was rejected by the receiver domain. For more details about the cause of this mistake, we suggest contacting the other email provider. The other server returned the following error: 552 552 5.3.4 Error: the message file is too wide (state 18)
Furthermore, the default mailbox size of 50M can prevent mail delivery, especially after increasing the maximum message size allowed. Add mailbox size limit = size in bytes> to main.cf to increase the maximum mailbox size per account.
If you set this limit to a large amount, be cautious. On the partition where the Postfix queue resides, you’ll need at least 1.5 times the size of message size limit in free space. All messages are rejected if you don’t have the free room, even if they are just a few kilobytes in size. If you receive one message of this size and then run out of room (during final mailbox delivery), all subsequent messages will be refused. Due to a lack of rooms.
