Lenovo ideapad 320, no power, not charging, not coming on

So I received this error message a few days ago and didn’t give it much thought, but it reappeared this morning. When I click on LSB, nothing happens. Is this software, like Lenovo Settings, now obsolete since Lenovo Vantage has taken control? I have not yet attempted to uninstall/reinstall. If it’s no longer needed, I could simply uninstall it. Apparently, I’m not the only one who has found this; in November 2017, for example: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/forums/v3 1/forumtopicpage/board-id/tp01 en/thread-id/120612/page/1 https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/forums/v3 1/forumtopicpage/board-id/tp01 en/thread-id/120612/page/1 Thank you. Usb-com-port adapter installation and com-port settings

My T540P x64 (Windows 10) has been randomly crashing lately, but that’s a different subject. Except for a few random non-system-related apps that come back funky due to the unforeseen crash, it usually works fine when it comes back up. Today, however, I received a new error that I can’t seem to locate:
So, what is the essence of this blunder? Is it a crash-related failure or something more serious? My luck, the computer is just out of warranty (4 years), but hopefully it’s something random and not unfixable.

For the past few months, my work laptop has been extremely sluggish. It’s an i7 with 16GB of RAM and a half-full SSD drive. I ran scans with malwarebytes and bitdefender and found nothing unusual.
I started looking at what ports were accessible and listening and discovered that 9001 and 2869 were listening ports. When I use netcat to connect to these ports, I can see that a webserver is listening.

How to repair a computer power supply (or other switching

The only solution here is for LSB to stop using static tcp/ip ports, as I’ve noticed that many applications on my Windows 10 machine have begun to use tcp/ip ports for internal process communication, which will inevitably cause LSB to fail.
On my Ideapad 320, I’m having the same problem. Is there someone who knows what the problem is? My machine is still under warranty, and when I called customer service, I was told that it would cost $69.00 to repair it. My question is why do I have to pay if my warranty is still valid? Is this a problem that will cause the device to fail? I believe it is time for me to return to HP.
