This plan was a flop. It was not possible to find a consensus on its introduction in a fair amount of time. If you want to restart the chat, go to the talk page or launch a new thread at the village pump.
If a YET TO BE DECIDED (say 1,000) people sign an online petition for the censorship of an image (whether neutral or through Wikipages like this one), the petition should be replaced by a link disclaimer explaining the image’s material. The photos will still be a part of the post, but they will not appear for anyone accidentally.

Taking pictures and being taken is now more than ever a part of our everyday lives. Those who take photos of passers-by without first seeking permission risk being sued. Photographs taken without the consent of the subject are in conflict with the individual’s right to privacy and creative expression. As a result, the following problems arise: Is the right to one’s own portrait more important than the right to take photographs? Where do photography’s ethical limits lie? What is the height of creative freedom?

The right to representation is a fundamental democratic concept that is often correlated with voting. However, the right has become entwined with the assumed liberty of visual representation. As a key place for the expression of self and country, photography has become inextricably linked to the assertion of a right to visual liberty. Nonetheless, the visual liberty, which is sometimes taken for granted, has been denied at various points in history, especially during wartime. Censorship of wartime media images is particularly contentious in a country that promotes the democratic principle of press freedom. How to censor a photo in adobe photoshop cc

A photograph can be censored in a variety of ways, the most common of which are painting over and pixelating. The first form of censorship includes painting a black (or some other color) box over a portion of a picture, probably with a “censored” mark on it:
Let’s get one thing straight: censorship is unavoidable. Initial pixels in the image that have been painted over or blurred cannot be restored. However, using Inpaint, it is possible to retrieve a portion of the original information by using the surrounding (uncensored) pixels.
By extrapolating surrounding pixels to the censored part of the image, Inpaint allows you to retouch the censored region and cover it from view. Pick the Pencil tool or the Magic Wand tool, then the censored box or the pixilated box to tell the software which part of the picture should be retouched. It was as plain as that:
Unfortunately, the answer is no. As previously stated, the censored image no longer contains details about face or body features. After all, isn’t that the point of censorship? And Inpaint can only restore the image’s censored area by examining the image’s other sections and adding them as a patch to the censored area. There’s nothing you can do about it as long as your picture doesn’t show another clone of the same face.
