The first piece of advice is to experiment with the text swiping function. Instead of clicking, simply swipe. This functionality is now available on both the stock Android and iOS 13 versions of the operating system. You can find alternatives in the app store here if you don’t have this feature. Swiping will improve at predicting the words you use when you use it more.
The fact that you have to press a button to get extra characters like numbers or punctuation is a major weakness in mobile keyboards. However, there is a simpler way to do it. You should keep the button down and then move your finger to the character you want to use instead of clicking to open the next page on your keyboard.
You can still generate and edit offline open documents when editing offline. Before closing the window, make sure to press the blue tick in the top left to save your adjustments. All can match up once you’re online.

It’s now clear that dark green denotes the thesis, yellow denotes proof, red denotes commentary, and navy blue denotes the conclusion. The picture on the right shows how easy it is to use the sidebar to fit the colors to the labels.
We can now extract the highlighted text, as in the previous example. We get the structure or outline of an essay if we remove it in its original order. We can evaluate, compare, and contrast the various pieces of evidence if we extract it by color.
Educators and teachers should make their own highlighters the night before and share them with their students the next day. The person with the most experience of their region controls the custom selection of highlighters. A grammar correction collection is created on the right and can be shared with several other users.

I was loosely editing a chapter of Read Me I’d just written the other day. I don’t usually do any editing until the first draft is finished, but the amount of times I’d used the word “was” jumped out at me, so I used CTRL-F to do a search on the word. Unfortunately, there was no way to highlight every instance of a specific phrase, as I believe there is in MS Word, and I didn’t want to work on my old, creaking laptop. This Chromebook was purchased for a particular purpose. It’s much more compact than the old machine, and it turns on almost instantly. (It’s said to be similar to a Mac, but much less expensive.)
I choose the ‘Bold’ and ‘Highlight color’ options. (To select the exact hue you like, you must click your mousepad anywhere on the color square, not just tick the ‘Highlight color’ box.) After that, press the blue “Highlight!” button, and something like this should appear in the document’s main body.
You can then remove your pet words and phrases as needed. Untick (or uncheck, if you’re American!) the ‘Bold’ and ‘Highlight color’ boxes, then press ‘Highlight!’ once more. It’s a boom! You’ve accomplished the job.
