Logmein pro: discover the benefits of remote access

Entering the correct login credentials on multiple devices will only allow me to log in on one laptop; no matter what I do, I will not be able to log in with the correct credentials. I simply can’t log in because of an unbelievable bad experience with “logmein.” Their customer service was nothing short of a joke. The guy gave me no suggestions and then moved me to the wrong department.
They are extremely disappointed that LogMeIn is changing LastPass and charging exorbitant rates for their basic services. Before I give them any money, I’ll certainly look into other options and delete my account.
A scumbag of a corporation. They’ve been doing it for a long time. Will bill you again if you don’t pay attention, and good luck trying to get your money back. They also find it difficult to cancel by pushing you to go through loops. Alert!!
This company has not responded to my request to cancel a subscription and receive a refund via email. I can’t get through to a live person on the phone! Will have to file a dispute with the credit card company. Ignoring emails because you don’t have a soul to talk with is terrible customer service.

When it comes to canceling subscriptions, LogMeIn doesn’t offer a middle ground—you can either stop using the service or keep using it. When you cancel your membership before the expiration date, you do have the opportunity to change your mind. You can reactivate your LogMeIn account as long as it has a Pending Cancelation status.
No, LogMeIn does not provide refunds on cancelled subscriptions, either in full or in part. When you pay for a LogMeIn membership in advance, you have access to all of your paid features for the duration of your billing period, regardless of when you cancel.

And since there are no recurring fees specified under subscription, I thought it would be a case of “If you want to continue, you must pay up.” However, no.
I’ve removed Logmein from my approved list (if I’d known there was such a thing, I would have done it a long time ago, so a tip here) and filed a ticket with both PayPal and LogMeIn.
It will be fascinating to see how things turn out.
If you go to your papal account >settings and click on Preapproved payments on the bottom right side, you’ll be taken to another tab. Find and click the LogMeIn.Inc merchant; then, on the “Status” line, you can withdraw their right to charge you automatically.
However, I was directed to the readme, which stated that logmein subscriptions would be renewed with the credit card on file. But this was strange because I didn’t have a credit card on paper. PayPal isn’t listed as a payment option on the account, either.
That’s what happened to me two years ago, and it’s why I left without looking back. They refused to credit my fund backs no matter what I did, claiming that this is what I agreed to when I signed up. Finally, I had to call my bank to get the credit card transaction rejected as a fraud transaction, and I had to get a new card.
