Email messages are threaded in a hierarchical order. This is particularly useful for keeping mailing list conversations coordinated because there are a lot of people responding to different messages in a conversation. It also prevents you from misplacing individual messages from a conversation in a stack of other messages and allows you to take bulk actions such as removing or ignoring an entire conversation. Does this seem to be beneficial? Let us give it a shot!
Would you like to organize your interactions in a particular way? Perhaps in the same way that Gmail does it, in a linear format with all of your messages included? To find an extension that suits you, try the Thunderbird Conversations extension or browse the Thunderbird Add-ons site.

How to bulk forward multiple emails in gmail at once 2021

You can quickly navigate through emails by sorting them into conversations. Gmail will automatically group answers in conversations when you use your account. This keeps messages together in your inbox rather than in different emails. At the bottom, you’ll find the most recent post. It’s easy to do.
To get started, follow these steps. Log in to your Gmail-account-linked Shift account. After that, look for the Settings button. It’s on the right-hand side of the app, near the top. To find the Conversation View notation, open it and scroll down. It’s on the first page of the Settings, called the General tab, and it’s about halfway down.
“Conversation View On” should be selected. If you change your mind, you can disable the function by changing this to “Conversation View Off.” When you enable it, all of your messages will be consolidated into a single message string. You can connect up to 100 emails in this manner. Individual emails will be kept together if this feature is switched off.
Gmail will launch the process for you. Bear in mind that if the email header changes in the middle of a conversation, a new one begins. If you receive more than 100 emails in the chain, a new dialog begins.
