The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Blackwood contains the Base Game as well as all of the Elder Scrolls Online chapters, including Blackwood (New for 2021), Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind. This article will serve as a The Elder Scrolls Online wiki for class additions in ESO Blackwood, as well as other material.
All of these classes now have a total of three distinct skill lines. A guns, armour, guild, PvP, and racial skill line will also be available to the players. Exclusives such as the vampire and werewolf skill lines will also be available.

If obtained, you can use the tokens to choose a new race for one of your characters at the character selection screen. Simply pick the character you want to modify, then the Race Change Token symbol. It’s worth noting that you can only shift your race to one that your account supports.

Classes in The Elder Scrolls Online will have skills and abilities that can be used to create new characters, but they won’t be as restricting or frustrating as they were in Oblivion. They won’t, however, be the open-ended, interchangeable choices that Skyrim’s Mage, Warrior, and Thief stones provided. Instead, they’re all jumping off points for creating a character. Unlike any other MMO, Elder Scrolls Online will let any class use whatever arms and armor they want, allowing you to play your favorite heavy armor assassin character.
Dragonknight, Nightblade, Sorcerer, Warden, and Templar are the four Elder Scrolls Online courses, each with three Skill Lines to choose from to further customize your play style. Each class has three ultimate skills, 15 active skills, and 12 passive skills spread through three different focus areas. After that, a player can choose to specialize in one skill line or to be a jack-of-all-trades, selecting and choosing the skills that are most valuable to them.

So I just bought a class update, but why can’t I go from runeguard to norde? It says upgrade any race any allaince when I highlight norde, but I don’t see where I can buy the upgrade in the shop. I’m a casual player, so I don’t have time to make a new character…I just wanted to change my race from redguard to nord and it won’t let me…
When creating your character, you cannot put any race in any faction; they are restricted to specific factions. The “Any race, any party” choice can be purchased for 1500 crowns in the crown store. Then you’re free to do whatever you want.
The issue you’re having is that you can only move your race with that token to another race in your own Alliance if you don’t have the Any race any faction choice that Gamcull mentions. So it’s all Argonian and Dunmer.

In a heartbeat, I’d like to convert my Imperial NB to DK. Right now, I’m looking at the crown shop, and unless I’m too tired to notice it, it’s under Upgrades—>Service Tokens. Only name, race, and appearance change tokens are available. There are no class shift tokens. I agree that it’s a shame; I wasn’t a huge fan of sorceror, but I’d love to resurrect that character as a templar or try a nightblade.
