The AGRC WebAPI is a.NET WebAPI project written in C#. Without the use of GIS-specific applications, such as a web browser, this API can be accessed programmatically over http (with regular get requests). This geocoding API uses ‘front end’ logic to solve a variety of common address standardization problems that aren’t addressed by standard geocoders. Read the getting started guide to get started. Geocoding is also illustrated in a number of programming languages.
The AGRC built a custom toolbox that allows ArcGIS users to geocode a table of addresses. The AGRC Web API is used by the geocoding tool to perform the geocoding. To use the tool, you’ll need to obtain a complimentary API key.

The right and left zip code fields, as well as the right and left address system fields, are used for zone in the Roads feature class. A composite address locator will help you with any of these activities. Multiple address locators can be combined into a single locator using composite address locators. The locator is connected to the Locators folder in the Catalog pane until the operation is complete. You can also find your locator in the previously mentioned save spot. Your newly built locator may be added to a new or existing project. Tip: When constructing a multirole locator, the field mapping in the Construct Locator tool may become complicated, so consider creating a model with ModelBuilder. Do I’m having difficulties creating an address locator in ArcMap. I’ve loaded up a Streets layer from the server and my data in.xsl format. When I try to make the locator, I use the streets layer as my reference data and choose dual range for the theme. Based on tutorials I’ve found, this “should” be right, but something is off.
