Hello, when someone emails me, they keep getting this error message. I’m hosted with an organization that uses Exim, and they say that it’s the other person’s fault that the email isn’t being sent. However, checking the internet, it seems to be my host’s fault, as the mistake seems to occur when the email’s mail server attempts to verify the email and fails, resulting in the email being blocked. Is it possible that this is due to the way the other person’s mail server is configured? They don’t seem to have their own mail server, and I believe they are using their hosts’ mail server. Hello there, Could you please have transaction logs? When a sender fails to verify with a 451 error, it’s usually due to a DNS error or a timeout problem. A loh would be greatly appreciated so that we can investigate your issue.

That isn’t a problem with Outlook. It’s a message from your SMTP server saying that it’s unable to complete the message’s transmission to the next server in the chain. It’s typically a temporary issue, and your SMTP server should have informed you that it’ll be fixed soon.
Although I agree that the error is not transient in your case, it is still a server-side error and not an Outlook issue. Your SMTP server is unable to forward your post. I’m guessing the address you used is wrong or that, if you think it is correct, you’re mistaken.
