Portrait with black and white background: photoshop tutorial

The image is given a drop shadow effect. Values that could be used: h-shadow – This is a must-have. For the horizontal shadow, a pixel value is defined. The shadow is cast to the left of the picture when the values are negative. v-shadow – This is a must-have. For the vertical shadow, a pixel value is defined. The shadow is put above the picture when the value is negative. blur – This is an optional feature. This is the third parameter, and it must be expressed in pixels. The shadow is given a blur effect. More blur would result from a higher value (the shadow becomes bigger and lighter). Negative numbers are not permitted. 0 is used if no value is defined (the shadow’s edge is sharp). Spread – This is an optional feature. This is the fourth parameter, and it must be expressed in pixels. The shadow will expand and grow bigger if the value is positive, while the shadow will diminish if the value is negative. It will be 0 if it is not defined (the shadow will be the same size as the element). Notice that Chrome, Safari, Opera, and probably other browsers do not support this 4th length; if it is added, it will not render. color – This is an optional feature. The shadow is given a color. If no color is specified, the color is determined by the browser (often black). An example of a red shadow that is 8px wide both horizontally and vertically and has a 10px blur effect: tip: this filter is identical to the drop-shadow(8px 8px 10px red);filter: drop-shadow(8px 8px 10px red);filter: drop-shadow(8px 8px 10px red);filter: drop-

How to make image blur and black & white in photoshop cs6

There are some drawbacks to CMYK papers. In CMYK, some raster options that rely on smooth color blends or blend modes are more difficult to display on screen. Illustrator has a hard time previewing the form combination. On news, however, the black will be substituted for the magenta. However, due to on-screen anti-aliasing, Illustrator has trouble viewing the knockout smoothly.
Illustrator blends the CMY from x percent to 0 percent, then makes 0 percent clear, with just 100 percent K for the black backdrop. As a result of the blend’s selection, anti-aliasing artifacts occur… for example, 30% CMY blends to white, is anti-aliased, and then white is set as transparent. Rep for each stage of the transparent blend. As a result, the black transformation is the only one with a real value spectrum to merge. Anti-aliasing is extremely important.
If you use a Rich Black, Illustrator has more options for blending than just K (black). It can blend x percent C to the context percentage of C, then repeat for M and Y. This gives the impression of a smoother screen. Rich Black, on the other hand, is a color to color blend rather than a color to translucent blend.

The strength and drama of good black and white photography is difficult to match. Despite the advent of color photography, there’s a reason why monochrome has flourished and thrived as an artistic medium. But how do you use the influence of black and white to your advantage? Your structure is the secret.
The problem with composition is that it’s such a broad subject that it’s easy to lose track of the different concepts and how to apply them. So, to keep it quick, I’m going to give you three things to focus on. Put these tips to use, and you’ll note a big difference in the composition of your black and white images!
A good example is the landscape picture above. The composition is as straightforward as it comes. It works because I blurred the water and clouds with a neutral density filter and a long shutter speed of 90 seconds. The end result is a monochrome landscape photograph with a minimalistic composition.
This rule extends to portraiture as well. To draw attention to your model, keep the composition plain. Using a short telephoto lens with an aperture of about f/2.8 is a convenient way to achieve this. Get next to the subject and make sure there are no distracting items in the context that will divert focus away from the subject.
