Avast antivirus web shield problem

It is, without a doubt, the best shield of all the shields, so it is absolutely necessary. I don’t notice any slowdown; in fact, in some of my tests, having the web shield activated is faster than having it disabled.
The Web Shield, in my view, is the second most critical of all the shields. The File System Shield is obviously the first. The Mail Shield is one that isn’t always necessary, but it’s always a good idea to keep it going just in case.

I don’t see any way to test disabling one shield at a time in the UI to see which one is causing the big lag. The shields used to appear, but they no longer do. I’d have to restart every time, which is inconvenient and inefficient for me. I can’t bear the sluggishness. I need to figure out who is to blame. I turned them all off and was a happy surfer, but I kept getting the message that I wasn’t safe. WHY do I need those shields, and why do they take so long to activate? Others will say that their systems do not slow down, but I am not one of them; my system is unique, and pages will continue to load indefinitely.

You can accidentally disable any Antivirus function for a period of time and then be unable to reactivate it. In the vast majority of cases, rebooting the computer is the only option. You can now manually trigger it, and it appears to function.
Users of Avast antivirus, on the other hand, have confirmed that when they restart or turn on the device, Behavior Shield is disabled. Also, inquire as to why your Avast behavior shield keeps turning off once you reboot.
If you need an alternate solution to this issue, you can continue to use Avast antivirus to protect your device. The Behavior Shield can then be switched off. The remaining shield layers will keep you secure.

How to disable shields control in avast

Both Core Shields have been disabled for the time being. When the required time period has passed, the Core Shields will automatically reactivate. Follow steps 1-2 above to manually activate all Core Shields, then press the red (OFF) slider until it switches to green (ON).
The sensitivity of the Core Shields can be changed from the default Medium sensitivity. High sensitivity improves security while also increasing the risk of false positive malware detections. Low sensitivity decreases the risk of false positive detections, but it can also reduce the Core Shields’ effectiveness. To alter the sensitivity of your Core Shields, do the following:
All programs and files on your hard drive are constantly scanned by File Shield as they are opened, run, updated, and saved. File Shield detects malware and prevents the software or file from infecting your device.
Incoming and outgoing email messages are scanned for threats through Mail Shield. Only messages sent or received using mail management tools like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird are scanned.
