A developer tab will appear on the screen. There are about eight different choices in the Controls section that you can add to your Word document: Rich Text, Plain Text, Image, Building Block Gallery, Checkbox, Combo Box, Drop-Down List, and Date Picker are all examples of different types of text.
You can give the control a title, change the colour, style the text, and decide if it can be edited or removed from this screen. The control-specific options are at the very bottom, so if you have a plain text control set up, you can control how many lines you want to allow. If you need someone to type in a paragraph of text, the last choice is useful.
You can adjust the font/color settings for each word individually in a rich text control, while the plain-text control would apply the formatting to all of the text. Plain-text controls support bolding, changing fonts, and changing colors.

I’d use Ajax and JQuery to accomplish this. You’d have to do three things. – In the head of the text, add Ajax/JQuery code, build a php file for Ajax to bind to, and add onChange, id, and value attributes to fields.
Your code now has numbered anchors, and the notes are at the top. You can do this in two files, but the second file, check1.php, must only have one database query, or your ajax will fail.
7 – You used the same value=”” in your select>option>, but each one needs to be different in order to get the value when posting. In addition, the majority of /option>s is misspelled as /optio>. [7.1,7.2,7] [7.1,7.2,7] [7.1,7.2, .3]
I will use jquery if the data you want to populate the text field(s) is an attribute of your select choice. You can use jquery to pull the selected options attributes you want to use and then output them to your text box. It can be activated by the select menue’s change case. As an example…
I’d recommend using Ajax to access another PHP file that will parse your database and return a json encoded array containing the data you want to fill the text fields with. If there were multiple attributes per choice and 100’s of options, the approach could easily become ugly depending on how much data you were sifting through.

The HTML autocomplete attribute is available on textarea> elements, select> elements, and form> elements that take a text or numeric value as input. Autocomplete allows web developers to determine whether or not the user agent has permission to provide automatic help in filling out form field values, as well as instructions to the browser about the type of details needed in the field.
The browser determines where the suggested values come from; usually, they come from previous values entered by the user, but they may also come from pre-configured values. For example, a browser can allow a user to save their name, address, phone number, and email address for autocomplete. Perhaps the browser has the capability of saving encrypted credit card information for autocompletion after authentication.
If an input>, select>, or textarea> element does not have an autocomplete attribute, browsers can use the autocomplete attribute of the element’s form owner, which is either the form> element that the element is a descendant of, or the form> whose id is defined by the element’s form attribute.

Is there a way to create an email URL based on a form submission (on a different page), then redirect to the “/trial” page, where the email field is already pre-populated based on the URL querystring obtained from the previous page…?
